Quality control

In every stage of our production line, we make sure our products are of the highest quality and freshness. We follow our strict guidelines of making sure that our products handling is complied with Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) system. Our products are regularly inspected by processing manager, quality control team, quality assurance team, plant manager and sometimes by our customers’ representatives. Each container shipped to overseas is accompanied by a detailed inspection report based on our client requirements.
We are able to measure Sodium Metabisulfite concentrations of processed frozen shrimp using unique high performance tools such as BioFish 300 Machine (Biolan Microsensors, Spain) to make sure the level of the preservative complies with EU regulations. We regularly measure metabisulfite level of several fresh shrimp samples throughout the processing using titration method as a back up for Biofish measurements. We also perform melanosis Coli diagnostic procedure on raw and cooked shrimp to make sure our products are of the highest quality.
